At follow, we believe in creating a safe, welcoming, healthy, and thriving community where judgment and pride are left at the door, and humility, love, and grace walk in. Because of that, here are a few things you can expect from this group:

• Biblical Truth - straight from scripture, and communicated directly, with love and grace.

• Honesty - in conversation and confession

• Humility - no one person has all the answers, but we know and trust in the One who does. We approach our group conversations with humility at the front.

• Full Participation - in every group, some people love to share, and others don’t. Your first time at group, you won’t be expected to participate in Community time and confession, unless you want to! Once you start attending regularly, participation from each person in the group is necessary - this creates a safe and trusting environment, and leads to growth and freedom. Confessing sin, in the beginning, can be vulnerable and uncomfortable, and no one likes listening to someone speak into their life who isn’t first confessing, authentically and honestly, themselves. You can expect everyone to lean into the discomfort equally; you won’t be doing it alone.

• Growth - when we are truly walking with the Lord, dying to our flesh, and looking to Him as our source, growth is inevitable. The fruit that naturally comes from a relationship with Jesus will bear witness. Growth is often uncomfortable; lean into it with the Holy Spirit, don’t run from an opportunity to experience healing, freedom, and intimacy with Christ.

• Accountability - you can expect to be loved deeply by the people in this group; people who will love you enough to tell you the truth and walk with you into your healing, freedom, and growth.
